欧式起重机的标准检查和测试，满足绝大部分客户的需要，包括如下内容：

钢结构Steel structure

-所有原材料带出厂合格证明。 All the raw material have the outgoing qualification

-所有焊工具备资质证书。All welder have the license certificates

-主要对接焊缝都经过无损检测。Main weld joint passed the nondestructive examination.

另外：1起重机结构制作按欧式起重机标准制作，主梁组装在专用胎架上进行，***起重机的拱度符合***。

2.2.2焊接采用埋弧自动焊接，并且采用两台焊机同时焊接，尽量避免焊接变形。

The standard in-house inspection and testing plan meets most requirements. It includes following items:

如有要求，天力起重机可安排第三方进行检测，确保设备按技术要求制造。但要收取此部分检测的费用

如有要求，山东天力重工集团有限公司也可安排客户***的检测和试验，这类试验及详细的试验程序必须在试验前经双方认可。但要收取此部分检测的费用。

钢结构Steel Construction

主要原材料带出厂合格证明All purchased load-bearing material, such as girder plates are supplied with quality certificates.

所有焊工具资质证书All welders and weld procedures are qualified.

主焊缝经过无损检测The welds are inspected.

机械部分Machinery

吊钩有认可证书Hooks forgings are certified.

钢丝绳带合格证书Ropes have manufacturer’s certificates.

齿轮经过无载测试和硬度检测Gears have no-load running test including hardness and backlash measurements.

电机测试包括电阻、绝缘电阻、高压、短路测量和空载试验Motor testing includes resistance, insulation resistance, high voltage and short circuit measurements and a no-load running test.

安装Assembly

预装桥架确保正确的跨距和定位Ready assembled crane is measured to verify correct span and alignment.

用光学测量仪检测车轮***精度Measuring devices secure wheel alignment. Crane will be completely assembled at our workshop and run without load to check the function of the crane and to verify the dimensions.

测试Testing

通过工厂的空载试验来检查整车的功能并调整好各速度和钩距

Carry out inspections and adjust every speed and space according to no-load testing.

6．技术培训training

起重机安装验收合格后，本公司售后部门会对贵公司提供操作人员培训。

Acceptance crane installation, the Company will you provide after-sales sector operator training.

7．卖方承担起重机的包装运输、在买方卸货、安装调试及报检验收手续工作和相关费用。

The seller to bear the crane packaging, transportation, unloading at the buyer, installation and inspection and acceptance procedures and associated costs.

9．卖方在买方工厂对起重机安装调试完毕后，与买方共同进行终验收。按国家起重机验收标准进行静负荷、动负荷试验，并检验主梁和小车轨道变形量，做记录归档。经国家有权机关验收合格后，买卖双方签署验收报告完成终验TTTAfter installation of the crane, together with the cuntomer to do the final acceptance according to the national standard. After acceptance by the national authorities, the inspection reports signed by both parties to complete the final examination.

10.SERVICE / MAINTENANCE服务和维修

我公司***提供的产品符合规定的规格，满足技术条件的要求，符合***和行业标准，且技术***、质量合格、全新的、未使用过的。我公司的产品是由世界欧式***的起重机设计，是按***的欧式起重机制订的工艺制造的，所有制造人员都经过专门培训，关键岗位的操作人员都持证上岗。

10.1.2

我公司拥有专业的、固定的安装部门和人员，所有安装人员都经过本集团和国家规定的部门培训，关键岗位的操作人员都持证上岗。

10.1.3

我公司***产品的设计、生产、检验、安装、服务等方面均严格执行GB/T1900-2000 idt ***:2000国际质量认证标准和CCC标准，确保生产各个环节均处于受控状态，从而确保产品质量。

10.1.4

根据***质量体系要求，建立健全了岗位质量管理责任制和岗位质量控制制度，严格执行自检、互检、专检，***不合格品流入下道工序，同时，质检部负责产品从设计到交付各个环节和质量控制工作，为我公司实现生产无缺陷产品的目标奠定了坚实的基础。我公司拥有专业的检验人员，所有检验人员都经过专门培训。

  10.1.5

我公司***原材料、元器件的采购按***质量体系的要求，对材料的采购和验收进行严格的控制，不合格材料严禁入库。我公司可以确保买方所需的任何备件可在***的时间内发送至用户现场，以更好的消除客户在售后服务方面的担心。

我公司***产品出厂前严格按检验规程进行检验，***成品的合格率。

  10.1.7

所有产品质保期为一年，在质保期内属产品本身引起的质量问题，我公司免费为用户维修或更换相应部件，提供终身有偿服务，并以优惠的价格为用户提供备品、备件。

我们对所有用户均提供技术更新、质量更高、服务更佳的产品。

10.2、During the warranty period质保期内：

质保期内，一旦客户的起重机发生故障，天力公司的维修人员提供24小时电话支持，假定属于一般的简单故障，不影响起重机的正常使用，天力公司维修服务人员将在12个小时以内赶到用户现场；假定属于紧急情况，严重影响起重机的正常运行，我们将在4个小时内赶到客户现场。

质保期内天力集团公司对设计，材料或制造不良所引起的缺陷负责，质保期内假如因为质量问题需要更换部件，天力公司应立即予以免费更换。

在起重机安装完毕后，天力公司将免费为客户的操作人员和设备维修
人员提供系统的现场培训。

10.3、After warranty period质保期后：

After warranty, customer’s crane once occur failure, Ttianli High Tech’s maintenance personnel will provide 24-hour phone support, assuming that the failure is simple and general, and does not affect the normal use of the crane, Tianli Grupo de la Industria Tech’s maintenance service personnel will arrive at user’s site in 12 hours; assuming that is urgent cases, and seriously affect the normal operation of the crane, we will arrived site in4 hours, provide paid service.

质保期后一旦客户的起重机发生故障，天力公司的维修人员提供24小时电话支持，假定属于一般的简单故障部影响起重机的正常运行，天力公司的维修人员将在12个小时以内赶到客户现场，提供合理的有偿服务，假定属于紧急情况，严重影响起重机的正常运行，我们将在4个小时内赶到.
